    Camelback Miller Plaza is a 150,000 square foot mixed-use center in Scottsdale, Arizona anchored by Sprouts, TJ Maxx and PetSmart. Kimco has partnered with Toll Brothers to create 148 apartment units at the property’s southeast corner. The project, tentatively named “The Miller” will be 6 stories above ground and 3.5 levels underground parking with Frank Lloyd Wright inspired architecture. The parking will be self-park onsite with 1.44 stalls per unit.
