This 170,000 square foot shopping center was built in 1970 and last renovated in 1997. The center was previously anchored by Kmart (102,000 sf) and Weis (33,000 sf). The vacant Weis box will be split into two boxes: HomeGoods, totaling 22,500 sf and a second Junior box, totaling 10,000 sf. The balance of the center will receive facade renovations and the common areas will be reconstructed.
