This 170,000 square foot shopping center was built in 1970 and last renovated in 1997. The center was previously anchored by Kmart (102,000 sf) and Weis (33,000 sf). The existing Kmart was demolished and replaced with a built-to-suit Giant Food and new retail shops. A vacant Weis box was be split into two boxes: HomeGoods, totaling 22,500 sf and a second Junior box, totaling 10,000 sf. The balance of the center received facade renovations and the common areas were reconstructed.
