In Phase 2 of the redevelopment of Westwood Plaza Kimco will create a 19,000 square foot HomeGoods store and a 10,000 square foot Ulta store. These new stores will replace approximately 28,000 square foot of in-line small shops between Office Depot and TJ Maxx. Kimco will also demolish an existing outparcel building and construct a new 5,000 square foot building for a relocated Metro Diner and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. In addition to the building footprint re-configurations, Kimco will revise the landscaping at the outparcel along with storm water modifications and revise the landscaping in the rear of Ulta and HomeGoods along Wallace School Road.
