North Brunswick Plaza is a 443,000 SF center anchored by Walmart and situated on Route 1 in northern New Jersey. In an effort to solidify Walmart's presence in this center, the anchor expanded and converted to a supercenter format with full grocery offerings. This redevelopment will include Walmart's 48,000 SF expansion into a previous Office Depot's location, together with a downsize of the adjacent Burlington Coat Factory in order to accommodate Walmart's increased loading demands. Select facade improvements for the anchor were also constructed.
