The redevelopment of Fairview City Centre involved coordinating simultaneous demolition and new construction while keeping two existing tenants, OfficeMax and Petco, open with minimal disruption to their operations. OfficeMax had a new retail space built, and relocated next to Petco. Petco had a facelift to match the new elevation of the entire center. Sports Authority moved to Fairview City Centre from a nearby commercial development, and a new retailer, Fresh Thyme Farmer's Market, opend in a 28,000 SF store in the center.
