We redeveloped a former Kmart box into a PGA Superstore, and two junior anchor tenants approximately 25,000 SF each, with one 3,000 SF small shop (former garden center). As part of the project we completed new loading docks for the Jr Anchor tenants. We will also made minor site upgrades and upgraded the site lighting. We also added additional tenant pylon signage and refreshed the parking lot.
