The redevelopment of Suburban Square, the 358,000 square foot mixed-use center located on the Philadelphia Main Line, was completed in several phases. Phase I included the expansion of existing Trader Joe's by 3,884 square feet and construction of a new parking structure which increased parking by approximately 376 spaces. The parking structure also includes an additional 3,000 square feet of retail space. Phase II included redeveloping the former five-level Macy's building into a multi-tenant building. Phase III will involve the development of a new 40,000 square feet two-story building, called "Station Row" located in the existing SEPTA lot. In-line retail will occupy the first floor and office rental on the second floor.
