The redevelopment of Suburban Square, the 358,000 square foot mixed-use center located on the Philadelphia Main Line, will be completed in several phases. Phase I includes expansion of existing Trader Joe's by 3,884 square feet and construction of a new parking structure which will increase parking by approximately 376 spaces. The parking structure will also include an additional 3,000 square feet of retail space. Phase II includes redeveloping the former five-level Macy's building into a multi-tenant building. Phase III involves development of a new 40,000 square feet two-story building, called "Station Row" located in the existing SEPTA lot. In-line retail will occupy the first floor and office rental on the second floor.
