Kimco is demolishing the former automotive bay area of a vacant Firestone building. We will repurpose and reconfigure approximately 5,160 sf of the Firestone building as new small shop space and incorporate a new front wall and facade. We will also construct a ground-up 2,226 sf Chipotle Restaurant. Site work including asphalt, landscaping and one new parking lot light pole will be performed in the immediate area. This new modern facade design of the small stores, which are on an entry endcap, are intended to be the lead for eventually renovating the balance of the shopping center.
